The view from the balcony was the only amazing thing in this property

We had booked for 4 people. When we got to the property there was only the double bed. When we got in touch with the host they told us that we had to make up our bed ourselves. After i posted my review, the host got in touch with me with a very rude manner and said this: Hello. Your comment is shameful. I hope I never have to host guests like you again. Giving it a 4 because you had to take out a duvet cover and open a sofa bed is really over the top. But anonymously it's easy to say this kind of thing. Congratulations. I thought that as a customer i was allowed to leave an honest feedback but obviously this host is not very professional. She has made me feel very intimidated and i am not sure that i will leave feedback to booking.com again. Surely this is not acceptable by such an established company. It really ruins it for the good hosts out there.

I liked the view from the window, and I also liked that the room was very warm and that the water in the shower worked without interruption 😄

I didn’t like that the room was not clean (the floors were dirty and I had to wash them myself 🤪). The Wi-Fi worked very poorly — it was almost unavailable. The bed linen was not very comfortable, and the feather pillows could cause allergies.

Zentral, gut ausgestattet

Sehr eng, wenn mehr als zwei Personen. Keine freien Parkplätze in der Hauptsaison.

Bcp trop petit pour 4 adultes … devrait être mentionné que c est pour 2 adultes avec 2 petits enfants !
