1. Good location; 2. Clean apartment; 3. Friendly owner; 4. Kettle, iron, dryer dishes and glasses available

1. Problem with tv aerial, so can't watch any TV channels; 2. Small ants everywhere; 3. The owner speak only in Spanish, unfortunately no English; 4. Can't see ocean from apartment but can hear all the time.
