ENTIRE CONDO! Downtown! 24 Concierge! PT9B

Cozy and centrally located condo, very good for my needs. The building receptionist/concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The layout of the condo was perfect, and the kitchenette was a big bonus.

The outer door to the unit had a broken deadbolt and an electronic lock that did not work - this made me a little concerned about security. The inner door had an electronic lock that worked fine.

I love the mirrors on the wall the view from the balcony and how quiet it was . The condo really gave me a vibe to move to Atlanta. Let’s just say I wasn’t ready to come back home .

The bed was a little uncomfortable and we couldn’t get the heat to work to knock the chilly breeze out .

Great secure location, easy check in and out process.

Bed was very firm. Lots of windows are great for beautiful sunshine but not so much for sleeping in.

The property is dated. Not much effort in keeping up with the space other than appliances. Had lamp cord plugged in blocking closet (potential tripping hazard); no towel or toilet paper bar; bathtub needs refinishing or replaced.
