Cozy 1BD Apartment with a Spacious Terrace by Flat Mаnager

A fost o opțiune bună pentru cazare, merita chiar un sejur mai lung ( am stat doar doua nopti), este chiar in stațiune, vezi marea de pe terasa, este curat si dispune de toate facilitățile!

A very nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable apartment with a generous terrace. The sea view is also a strong point. A pleasant way to spend your time in Balchik.

The apartment was huge, clean, had everything you could wish for - from a kitchen that had all the utilities, to a smart mirror or an iron and ironing board. The terrace was also really big. It was close to supermarkets and the promenade of Balchik.

The parking was within of the available space of the flat's parking, so not a designated space, which wasn't really mentioned beforehand.

Large spacious apartment with large terrace and good facilities. Close to the sea, for short-time stays ok. Free parking at the house.

No personal contact with the manager. E.g. the hot water boiler could only be switched on after written contact with him. There was a large block of ice in the fridge which we had to defrost because otherwise the fridge was very noisy. There were some spider webs on the windows of the flat. The smell in the bathroom was particularly unpleasant, probably coming from the drain pipes. It smelled there throughout our stay. The flat is on a main road and it was quite noisy at times in the evenings, especially at weekends.

The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, fridge and even a washing machine. It has also air conditioning in both rooms. Also the terrace outside it's a big plus.

The only thing is the bathroom. First of all it has a bad smell. Also the water pressure from the toilet is very low. This implies pouring sometimes an extra bucket of watter for the WC to flush properly.

everything was beautiful, the host was always on-line, we will come again for a longer period of Time. all was clean, the terrace was big and with 300 grd view, all is exactly like în the pictures!!! we loved all the kitchenware, AC, wifi, towels, couch... thank you dear host!
