Palm Cove - 16 Chakas Cove, Literally on the Beach

The location and apartment are hard to beat. The rooms are large and nicely furnished and decorated. The ocean and beach are clean and beautiful. There is a large balcony with a table and comfortable seating overlooking the Indian Ocean. It is as advertised in the description. There is a wonderful cafe across the street for excellent coffee, baked goods, and pizza. Ballito is a safe town with lots of restaurants and plenty to do. Unfortunately, the town's electricity was out for 48 hours, which made for some difficulty. That is not the fault of the owner, though. As a matter of fact, when the electricity did come back online, our apartment's did not. I called Lance, and he dropped everything, came over, got an electrician (on a Saturday), and had it fixed by the time we got back from swimming! We stayed 6 nights and could easily have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. We were greeted by the Owner and he explained to us how all the appliances worked and the property layout. We received complementary Cookies, Cuppchino, Starbucks Coffee Pods for the Nespresso machine as well as all laundry and dishwasher detergents. The view was amaizing and access to the beach was convenient. It felt like a 5 star hotel on the beach - but you would like to stay permanently.

It was close to the beach, air conditioned and safe.

The host was lovely and very accommodating. The unit was CLEAN and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Stayed in two of the units owned by the host and I can not fault either one.
