Very good location and comfortable stay, we enjoyed it very much.

The elavator did not work for most of our stay. No grader in the unit. Roof leaking in main bedroom.

Awesome location. Booking was seamless and Candice at Ballito Agencies was awesome and quick to respond and assist where required. The unit has an awesome view of the ocean and very clean with daily housekeeping. Outside garden and pool area very nice and also super clean.

The building needs a lot of maintenance: cracked walls, paint needed, foyer not appealing. The elevator and main entrance gate were out of order for a majority of the time during our week stay. The elevator also looks in bad shape, thus we took the stairs to mitigate the possibility of getting stuck - did not trust it.
