Rosy Sea Front Beach Condo

Very spacious and a beautiful home for family or friends. The breeze from the ocean at the balcony is heavenly. Host was always reachable for any inquiry/help.

I loved everything. The weather was Abit cold unlike normal days.

The apartment is perfectly located just next to the beach, the views are just awesome. The cool breeze from the ocean made it more relaxing spending the time at the balcony.

You need to improve on wifi speed/accessibility. Also connecting the TV to youtube was a challenge

The accommodation was on the ground floor right next to the beach and the swimming pool for the children. Ideal for families with small children. Three bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen. There is enough space here for families with three small children and up to 4 adults

Maybe one could change the towels every day, since you go into the water with children several times a day. However, changing them every two days was fine for us too. This is not a complain, rather than suggestion.

It was perfect for my family.

Great holiday place location. Great accommodation quite spacious for a family and comfortable. Clean. The balcony view to the beach was a great lovely addition as my children and I liked spending most of the time sat on the balcony. The two balcony one from sitting room and the other from the main bed room makes the accomodation great. Kitchen and kitchen facilities are adequate. The accomodation owner Rose didn't meet her in person but communicated with her over phone she was great and very helpful in facilitating smooth transit from airport and back, and getting to know great places to visit while there and how to get there too. One addition to anyone wanting to visit the place is better to get some of your kitchen food shopping done at nearby Naivas supermarket before getting to the accomodation if you want to cook for your selves it saves you going out again to do the shopping. There is enough two fridges/freezer in room for storage and the kitchen is indeed spacious. We loved it and the siting room and dining room vary spacious and comfortable too. My addition to this is if they can be able to add into the first day welcome pack some tea bags and milk and a pack of biscuit for those who love a cup of tea on arrival as there was only coffee and sugar but some of us love just an immediate cup of tea before settling in from a long trip. Thank you for the lovely bottles of water. The staffs at hotel were great, helpful and cautious too. My family and I are very grateful. The taxi man Joseph did a great Job and we are grateful too. Would visit again. Thank you so much once again.

My suggestion is as above on the welcome list if you could add some tea bags, milk and some biscuit on top of what is already offered that was coffee and sugar. This is to just help those who love a cup of tea to make one before settling in from a long journey.

Apartment is cleaned only once every two days. Laundry is not ironed.

Nice beach front location, but the restaurant and bar were closed.

The place was poorly maintained. I spent too much of my time trying to get Rosy's problems fixed. She offered no refund or rebate for our troubles. A/C in the kitchen didn't work The refrigerator didn't work although it was fixed on our last day A/C in the living room was quite noisy, and I'm sure disturbed neighbors Drain in bathroom sink plugged but was eventually fixed. The other sink was also plugged

The Cowrie Shell property is very nice and I really enjoy staying there I’ve been to this property before and loved it… With that being said this room is owned by a separate individual (rosy room e10) not Cowrie Shell. Which I didn’t know till it was to late. And it sucked

-it was never mentioned that the room was on the first floor so your not very secluded when your on the balcony facing the beach you have people that are sun bathing right in front of you. same with the pool -The booking says it’s a 3 bedroom condo but upon arrival I was told I was only allowed to access one room(the master room) and that the other 2 rooms were locked off. -If all you need is a one bedroom kitchenette you would be better off calling Cowrie Shell apartment they are located on the same property but are 50k KSH cheaper if you stay a week. And better we’ll kept. -Also the a/c unit for the living area was rusted and made a ton of noise even with the door closed you could hear the noise coming from the condenser The kitchen unit never worked. - The refrigerator kept turning off and on and never stayed on long enough to make ice -One of the sinks in the master bathrooms was leaking water and the shower needed replacement while we were there. -The bed had no mosquito net.
