"Simply wonderful!"

Beautifully decorated chalet with clever use of a small and cozy space - we wanted for nothing. We were able to park in front of the accommodation too. Really comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Quiet neighbourhood - we slept soundly. Wonderful hosts. We recommend Paul’s own Troubles tour - most insightful. We would definitely come back here in a flash!

"Peaceful, wonderful stay"

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The UnIQUE Belfast Stay chalet was very comfortable and well equipped. We liked the simple and lovely enterieur, the comfortable bed and couch and the great kitchen. Paul greeted us and he was genuinely friendly and helpful. We could park our van in the driveway safely but the area looked pretty safe anyway. Also, it was very quiet and peaceful that we liked. The accommodation had everything we needed and Paul and Martina gave us all the information about the place, area. I personally loved the view of the mountains from the window. It just somehow felt like home. :) I hope we will return some time and stay in this wonderful place again.

"Cold nights And small room for the price"

I love the location and the host's are friendly

The heating kept turning off All the time we had very cold nights with no heat when I enquired the turned it on for half a day then it turned off again with no way to turn it on . and There is a nice bnb and a tiny one at the same property and we were put in the tiny one with a lounge sette for 3 people and had to make the bed .I was told someone was staying in the good room but no-one came

Nothing as didn't get to stay as was miss layed info about property

The host I didn't like her as she didn't return our money as we didn't get to stay as she miss layed us with info an was rude on the phone to us wouldn't like to think she does this to all her client's

"Nice and clean."

Private and self contained. Private parking within the property.

Unable to control central heating but wasn’t an issue as the host put it on and can be controlled by turning down the radiators. Living space was a bit compact that I was expecting.

"10/10! Great accommodation"

Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. Lovely owners and really nice place to stay (felt a bit spoilt actually because it was so nice). The cottage is based in a safe neighbourhood behind the owners home. We were able to park the rental car in the backyard in front of the cottage and then bus into Belfast (approx 20 mins away, less stressful than driving in). Paul, one of the owners, runs tours of the Troubles (highly recommend booking through Paul, you won't regret it and will recieve 5 hours of information packed into 2 hours!).
