A lovely modern clean and warm flat in the residential/student area of Belfast.good shops and restaurants nearby and good bus service into the centre..although we also walked..took around 20mins. Great communication from the owners and excellent information sent. Highly recommended.

"Good apt, pity about the smell!!"

Good location. Nice,quiet enough area. Apartment was very nicely decorated and had nearly everything we needed.

There was a terrible smell in the ensuite bedroom!! We weren't able to sleep there it was so bad and had to keep the door closed!! There was no tea towel in the kitchen. Television could do with an upgrade as we wanted to watch netflix's and couldn't! The walls are very thin and there was a lot of noise coming from the apt above us!

The apartment was very beautiful. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The only negative I have was that there was no toilet paper in the apartment.

Excellent location. Lovely apartment. Quiet area

Just missed having a side table for drinks when sitting on the sofa. Apart from that it had everything we needed.
