The very kind host Rayna and there cute dog, but besides that unfortunately the place wasn’t great!

It was dirty unfortunately, a lot of very old dust: many spider and cockroaches, the toilet flush didn't work at all! :(

Excellent value for money. For just 3250 the place was exceptional. Even got two black teas in the morning. Also includes parking.

The owner was very kind and welcoming. She made our stay very comfortable and happy. The property is beautiful ❤️

We had a great time thanks to the incredibly hospitable family. From assisting with laundry to arranging shoe repairs and connecting us with a boat safari on the Bentota River, they went above and beyond. The first-floor room was lovely, and the dining area was comfortable. The local breakfast was tasty.

The kitchen was not very usable; insufficient and unclean equipment. Additionally, one of the ground floor rooms had a musty odor.

Good apartment overall, big bed. Staff very helpful and nice.

No hot water, very dirty kitchen and bathroom (the kitchen is clean on the surface, but the drawers are full of dirt, and scrambs..). The mosquitoes protection around the bed is full of holes, which makes it...less efficient obviously.

Good location. Nice large bed. With mosquitoes not. Great for a few nights. Really nice helpful family

Wi fi is difficuilt at times but generally worked ok. Lovely helpful family.

good location, very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and all places. also the owners are very friendly. it was cheap but I’m not sure if good value for money.

it was dirty unfortunately. kitchen was basically a kettle, one glass and a few plates so it’s difficult to even make a tea. the stove was broken so cooking is impossible, no soap or sponge for washing the dishes. it’s more a big room than an apartment. the bathroom was also not properly cleaned. the room has well working ac and a fan but because the windows are not properly sealed a lot of cool air escapes and it’s a perfect entry for mosquitoes. the next night we asked for a mosquito net so it was bearable but first night i got bitten by mosquitoes. it might be an okay place if you just need to crush for a night but I don’t recommend longer stay.
