Très bel appartement, lumineux tres bien équipé dans une belle résidence moderne. Tout confort avec tous les équipements. Le petit déjeuner est un bonus, il est très copieux avec du choix salé sucré. L'accueil de Lorenzo notre hôte est très chaleureux! Très réactif et disponible. Il nous a donné de bonnes indications pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme. Pas loin du centre ville.

Douche un peu petite.

"cozy and bright,"

The apartment is clean, there is an amazing terrace with a view where you can drink your coffee. Lorenzo had taken care of our breakfast with all kinds of snacks, coffee, drinks, which was useful for us because our flight was late and we didn't have time to go to the store. The location is good, especially if you have a car.

The bed is definitely quite uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be changed. As well as a problem with the shower. If these two things are fixed the apartment 10 out of 10

Very communicative place, very cozy and fully furnished apartment. Very good internet connectivity and kind and helpful host. The apartment offers all the amenities even for a long stay.

An extremely uncomfortable bed, hard to sleep on. Although Lorenzo had bought a new mattress, the frame underneath it was warped and the mattress had sunk in the middle. If he could fix that, everything else would be perfect.

"Ottima sistemazione a due passi dall' ospedale"

Casa molto bella e nuova. Accogliente. Noi abbiamo dormito per due notti ed eravamo per alcune visite in ospedale e la posizione è ottima. Per la colazione ci hanno fatto trovare tantissime cose, dal dolce al salato. C è un grande terrazzo molto luminoso. Cucina e bagno forniti di tutto il necessario anche per le pulizie.

Il materasso del letto andrebbe cambiato.

"FIjn appartement met vriendelijke host"

Flexibiliteit en vriendelijkheid van de host. We waren laat met inchecken maar alles was goed geregeld en we konden goed contact houden. Op een verjaardag stond een kadootje voor de deur! Ruim voldoende linnengoed dat tussentijds ook nog eens vervangen werd. Mooi appartement met een goede uitstraling. Ontbijt was uitbundig (stond klaar bij aankomst).

Hier en daar kan het appartement wel een beetje onderhoud gebruiken. EV-rijders opgelet: laden in de buurt is goed mogelijk maar een nacht aan de lader kost al gauw meer dan EUR 100 vanwege de "parkeerkosten" op verder gratis parkeerplaatsen.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Alles da was man braucht und man kann sich mit den Dingen dann sein Frühstück machen.

Bis zur Altstadt ca 35-40min zu Fuss. Aber das war keine Überraschung das sieht man wenn man bei auf den Stadtplan schaut.
