Ganganell Àtic. Apartamento con terraza en Besalú

Prima ligging in het centrum van Besalú. Het is een modern appartement met prima bedden en goede voorzieningen. Het was schoon!

Het was ons niet helemaal duidelijk waar we met afval naar toe moesten. Er ligt een pasje in het appartement voor toegang tot de centrale afvalverwerking net buiten het dorp. Het pasje werkte echter niet. Het was erg warm aflopen week. Iets van een parasol of zonnescherm op het dakterras was welkom geweest. We konden het dakterras, met prachtig uitzicht, pas gebruiken na zonsondergang. Dat was jammer. We hadden Besalú in de avond iets levendiger verwacht. Veel restaurants waren nog gesloten. Mogelijk is het levendiger in het hoogseizoen.

Great location. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Nice furnishings. Washing machine a bonus for travellers.

Was very hot in June and only one air conditioner. Bedrooms were hot. Third floor location was ok for us, but might not suit everyone.

Such a cute apartment in the center of the medieval town! It has been tastefully renovated with all the modern conveniences. I loved the rooftop terrace and the cozy open living space. Highly recommend!

Getting your luggage up four flights of stairs may be challenging for some guests. Just be aware that there is no elevator in the building.

The kitchen was nice, had the basics, but not all you might want if you plan to cook meals. Liked being on the top floor, but if you have a lot of luggage, the stairs might be a bit difficult for some. Regardless, I would stay here again.

The place is located amazingly, right in the center of Besalu and just a few steps from the main square of the town. Several options to eat out around the apartment, we really liked the pizza place just around the corner. Easy check-in. The flat itself is very nice and has two terraces, one of which is a rooftop terrace from where you have a nice view over the town.

The apartment has everything you need, but some minor maintenance work would be advisable. The dishwasher needs some descaling and dishwasher salt. The bathroom door needs some oil and the fridge did not cool down efficiently. But all in all, taking the price into account a very good choice for our holiday.

The floors were nasty. I walked barefoot and had to shower because it hadn’t been moped in ages.

No kettle & unresponsive host. Took more than a day to get to me asking if they’ve got a kettle. Ended up boiling water in a pot. First time ever I’ve stayed in a place without a kettle and a host not making an effort to solve a problem

The apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The upstairs terrace is also fantastic for chilling out.

A couple of the pots and pans weren't clean, in fact one of them was pitted with the residue of something. There was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom and also, the shower was really slow at draining water away. It's as if it needs unblocked.
