An der Unterkunft hat mir garnichts gefallen.

Es war dreckig die Möbel kaputt und das Holz abgenutzt, die Dusche war so verstopft das dass ganze Bad und Wohnzimmer unter Wasser stand Hunde Haare überall Fett Flecken an der wand in der Küche es hat nach nassen Hund gerochen überall das Bad nach Urin wir waren mit ein Baby und mussten nach 24 Stunden wieder nachhause fahren weil wir das Kind nicht auf den Boden lassen konnten das Zimmer haben wir 1 Stunde gesucht weil uns keiner geholfen hat Pool dauerhaft geschlossen haben dann Karten fürs Freibad bekommen

There was no breakfast at the residence. The location was fine. It was close to the centre of Bibione.

The apartment was not clean, it was too tight and not for 4 people but only for 2. We did not have acess to the main pool. ( no key) we had to call the staff to open us the door. There was no reception, if we had a problem we had to call the travel agency which it was sometimes inconvenient according to the opening hours of the agency. There was only one super market at the back of the residence but it was always closed. There was no door at the freezer and I had to through away EUR 50 of food. The schalter of the door was broken. It came down all the time and it was dangerous for our heads. I told the agency and they send someone but he did not fix it. He told me sorry but it takes too much time to fix it. We did not have our own parking spot and the agency told us to park at the back of the building. There were guests that they parked their car outside to our spot and their treiler to the garage.
