Nadia and Kayla are using old stains on their bedding to scam people. We were forced to pay 2000 for those stains. They also accused us of set towels.. which they later got . Nadia and Kayla are so rude .they made our stay so uncomfortable .
ZAZAThe deposit, I was told I will be charged if there are any stains on bedding which led me to inspect bedding and I found stains the same day I checked in and obviously took photos of it. I found a review online about someone complaining about being charged for stains in September which made me wonder if that are the same stains I found...towels had stains and plates chipped. Other than that it's a nice place.
GBThe property location is second to none. We enjoyed our morning walks to the beach and the close proximity to all amenities like laundromat, grocery store and restaurants. Our agent, Nadia, was amazing! Always available and quick to respond and action any queries.
Initially we were only issued one set of keys which was not ideal when family members wanted to do different things. But this was quickly sorted by Nadia who then arranged a second set. The balcony railing was being maintained with staff in and out during our stay which was not ideal. The bed in main bedroom is a little small and there were a few marks on the bedding, shower floors, curtains and furniture which I assume the owner will need to improve.

ZAThe location was great- easy access to the beach and shopping centre/restaurants and a great view of Table Mountain
Maintenance on the unit and in the block- no outside lights in the passageway- very dark at night. Noisy guests in units near the pool.
