"Betaalbare goede plek met ligging dichtbij natuurgebieden"

De ligging was goed! Aan de rand van dorp. Wel bij sport accommodatie, voetbal velden en kantine. Voor ons was het geen probleem. Prijs kwaliteit is goed, bedden waren opgemaakt en via berichten kreeg je snel reactie. Er wordt nog wel verbouwd in het gebouw. Verder compleet met afwasmachine, wasmachine droger e.d. alles werkte.

Buiten wel een tafeltje met stoelen, ik miste een paar lekkere stoelen voor buiten. Droogrekje binnen zou fijn/handig zijn en de pannen en borden waren niet voldoende. Verder hebben we genoten van een prima plek dicht bij natuurgebieden.

"Gute Lage für Ausflüge"

Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern. Die Wohnung ist groß. Internet funktioniert bestens, Fernsehen und Netflix auch. Die Lage ist toll für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Vulkaneifel, nach Luxemburg und Trier. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Check-in unkompliziert.

Leider nur ein Duschhandtuch und ein kleines Handhandtuch für 2 gebuchte Personen. Die Heizung funktionierte am ersten und auch am letzten Aufenthaltstag nicht. Im März bei nächtlichem Frost dann sehr kalt in dem alten unisolierten Haus. Die 2 kleinen Radiatoren, die uns wegen der Heizungsausfälle bereitgestellt wurdenen reichten leider nicht für die große Wohnung.Die Türen am und im Haus sind nicht dicht, es pfeift die Kälte durch. Der gesamte Ausbaustandard ist schon sehr DIY. Ausstattung (z.B.Geschirr und Klobürste) kann man gerne auch mal erneuern.

Situation idéale pour rendre visite à mon fils a Dockendorf...quelques belles promenades pour Monsieur chien et non loin du centre ville de Bitburg en voiture....au calme...tout confort

Je rendais visite à mon fils qui travaille à Dockendorf: proximité, quartier calme avec des promenades pour le chien!! Appartement tt à fait conforme à la description, très propre,gai et coquet!! Tout le confort...idéal pour nous!!
