Apartman Grand

Apartment is great. It is new, clean and has everything you could need. There is also a free parking spot which is a bonus. The location is not far away from the centre.

The owner. First, he was listening to the music in his apartment after midnight, which was loud enough to prevent me from sleeping. I had to ask him to lower the volume and he did after a while but he didn't even have decency to reply or apologize. The biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend this accomodation or ever return there is when I contacted him right after I booked the apartment he mentioned nothing of the renovation works that were planned to take place in the morning. When I had come he just told me not to park in front of the house because the construction workers will park their car tomorrow there. Still no information about when and what. They woke me around 7:30 because they were unloading the materials and singing with their no-so-beautiful voices. The scaffolds were set up right on the other side of of my bedroom's wall. I left the apartment and wrote him a message. He responded arrogantly without even trying to take responsibility or apologize, let alone mention any kind of refund.

Skrinja puna leda neociscena, frizider je smrdio po necemu, kauc nizak i neudoban,krevet ajme majko, probudili amo se ukoceni, madrac neudoban kao i jastuci,prastari krevet, kvake na vratima samo sta nisu ostale u ruci, kkimave i jedva stoje iako pohvala za elektronicku bravu, klima se ne moze upaliti, trazio sam vlasnika da ju dodje najmestiti jer je on ukucao pin u ekran koji je zakljucao sifrom neku svoju temperaturu, vjerovatno 29 stuonjeva pa da se onda pali,jer je u aoartmanu bilo 25 i nije se upalila, a ja ne podnosim vrucinu...
