Vintage place nice decorated in the heart of Bologna...perfect for walking around the city

Very cozy and well located one room appartment. It had everything we needed.. very close to the areas of interest. Beautifully decorated.

Too noisy a/c

The apartment is located in a good location, ten minutes walk to the center. There is a patio with plants, a very cozy place. The apartment has an interesting interior; a good atmosphere was created on New Year's Eve. there was olive oil (but it ran out), salt, sugar, tea, coffee and a coffee maker. There were all the necessary utensils, plates, pans and so on. We were given 2 towels per person. The apartment has internet, it worked properly. The bathroom is excellent. This apartment has only one minus.

It's cold in this apartment. Most likely this is because initially it was not an apartment, but some kind of office space. Idk. The floor has ceramic tiles, which are very cold. You should not take off your shoes, because you will not be able to walk in the apartment in socks. Unless you carry 3 pairs of socks or slippers with you. You should always turn on the air conditioner, but it will be warm if you sit very close to it. It was +13 degrees outside. Bring warm pajamas and slippers if you want to take a break from outerwear. Or you will have to wrap yourself in a blanket, as we did, and walk around in it.😄

- Well equipped apartment with kitchen, washing machine, courtyard with chairs and small table, etc - very friendly and easy communication with the host- she gave us restaurant recommendations and the restaurant we tried was great! She also told us where to park our car in walking distance to the apartment - cold bottle of water was waiting for us in the fridge - flexible check-in - beautiful old building in walking distance to the very city center

- toilet seat was cracked (will surely be replaced soon) - pillows were a bit too stiff - the apartment is rather dark, eventhough it has big windows, as there is little light from the courtyard due to the high walls of the building. However, it makes the temperature cooler in the apartment, which was nice for our stay in August

The room was bigger than expected, with a washing machine and small kitchen. It is in a lovely courtyard of an old building, which gives it a really nice old feel. The bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. it is located quite close to the old town, and easy to walk from.

The host was unfortunately unable to take calls, and we were struggling with finding parking. We were told that we would have to pay for parking close by, but it was quite far away in a public parking space. We struggled for more than an hour to find a parking in the small parking area (going round and round hoping for one to open). We finally did, and we paid 30EUR for 21:00 - 8:30. Then we had to get up early the next morning to move the car. This was such a hassle that we ended up skipping Bologna altogether. Important to not is that the apartment is in the LTZ (limited traffic zone). We had to drive in to drop our bags and will thus be fined. The host did not tell us this before, even though I indicated that we are driving. If you provide your car's registration before you go, the host can let the police know that you will be going in and out to drop your bags. The host did not inform us of this and when I asked after said that it could no longer be done.

Great location, lovely spacious flat with beautiful courtyard. Was very peaceful dispute being central.

Would have been good if there was shampoo or conditioner as we were only there two nights so was a pain to have to run out to get these in the morning.
