Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr gut gelegen. Die Straße war ruhig (jedenfalls im Februar). Kommunikation und Schlüssenübergabe haben gut geklappt. Die Küchenausstattung ist in Ordnung, aber nicht übermäßig. Der Herd sehr modern.

Anfangs war es sehr heiß, v.a. in den Schlafzimmern und leider von uns nicht regulierbar (nur vom Besitzer aus der Ferne). Große Becher haben wir vermisst. Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten waren etwas wenig. Die Mülltrennung ist nur was für Idealisten. Wird einem nicht leicht gemacht.

La proximité du centre de Bologne, la propreté du logement. Le responsable est à l'écoute et très réactif au message. L'ensemble de l'équipement était fonctionnel.

Le seul petit bémol, la quantité d'eau chaude débitée par le chauffe-eau est un peu juste pour 4 occupants.

Por decir algo, al ir cinco el acumulador de agua caliente, si no te duchas rápido, el último va muy justo.

Wszystko fajnie, dobra komunikacja z właścicielem.

The unit was very comfortable. The kitchen was well resourced with plenty of equipment. It snowed while we were in Bologna, so it was great to come back to a well heated apartment. So close to the centre of the city. We had an excellent stay.

Molto bella, accogliente e luminosa; perfetta per 4/5 persone. Posizione ottima, ci siamo spostate solo a piedi.

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato alcune tovaglie con delle macchie. Non sarebbe stato male arrivare e trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua.

O apartamento corresponde à descrição, sendo espaçoso e confortável. A localização é muito boa para conhecer a cidade, pois fica a meio do caminho entre a estação de comboios e a Piazza Magiore, servindo assim como uma base excelente para conhecer a cidade e aceder ao comboio para a deslocação para o aeroporto ou outras cidades próximas (fomos a Firenze em apenas 37 minutos).
