The host is nice guy, close to the center, good for few days.

very loudy, the train station is cropped out from the window view picture. Furnitures are old and not so comfortable. Toilet flush doesn't really work

The apartment position is great. You have a luggage storage close to the main building entrance, literally 2 minutes walking distance from the main station, 7 minutes from the supermarket, and 20 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. Kitchen appliances are available if you want to cook something at home. TV with italian channels and wi-fi are available as amenities. The bathroom is small, but everything is present. You have even a washing machine, towels, and bath foams. Most importantly, the owner is super approachable and friendly. Strongly recommended for short staying.

The windows are facing the station and the main street. They do not make any sound isolation, neither with the shutters down, so until 1-2am, you can hear all the trains, vehicles, and pedestrians in the street below. If you have light sleep, you will get a hard time falling asleep. The kitchen has a smoke extractor that, unfortunately, was not working.

Everything you needed for a short stay. Very close to the train station.

There were bats stuck in the windowsill. Comfortable but needs work, stains on the couch. Very, very noisey at night. Lift didn’t always work.

The apartment was easy to locate, friendly & helpful people. Fully equipped and clean.

It was a very noisy area, felt like the road was literally passing through the bedroom, plus the mattress of the bed was completely damaged and sagging.

The entire thing is a scam. Booking.com should take some actions. It's near the train station and a noisy street and not at all a centrally located. Travellers BE AWARE! It's not how it's advertised. We checked in, saw the room and the street noise was horrendous and the location was awful. The rooms are run-down, the toilet doesn't flush, and the AC doesn't work at all. The couch is old, stained with all kind of things and dirty. We left the property right away, didn't even stay there but they charged us for 4 nights anyway.
