ROThe place was beautiful, clean and the breakfast was superb! The host was friendly, this was one of the best non-hotel bookings of our life. Absolutely worth the price.
The district seemed to be a bit shady. It is also far from the center. If you travel with bus or taxi, it is fully ok.

HUWe were very satisfied with the accommodation and the communication beforehand. There was a parking spot for our car, which is now a big plus everywhere. The room was spacious and everything was clean. What I liked best was that everything was taken care of: Italian plug socket converter, several types of coffee, several types of breakfast etc. (Not just sweet Italian breakfast but salty too - with Italian ham and cheese - however it is recommended to buy some bread on the previous day.) There is a fridge, coffee machine, microwave etc. Everything was stocked, nothing was missing. There were also spare blankets. The TV had lots of channels (although we only watched one match summary), and was pleasantly warm. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Only the shower was a little small, but I'm really only writing this to say something negative too. The host lady was very nice, helpful and everything could be discussed with her in advance and on the spot too. The Wi-Fi was fast, easy to connect, but we just checked our emails and planned our daily trip and looked up some information about Bologna. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was very good, and it could be switched from the bed too. The accommodation is a little further out, about 30 minutes from the Porta San Donato where the city centre begins. Nearby is a huge Spar, there are groceries, a pizzeria (we didn't go in), a small restaurant (which unfortunately was closed the week we stayed there). You can take the bus to the city, but it's more exciting on foot, and it's really not that far. For us, it was very satisfactory in every way - after our experiences in Rome and Florence, this accommodation was much better than we had previously expected. The accommodation was quiet, calm, you could really relax. If we were to visit Bologna again, we would stay here.
Unfortunately, we only spent four nights here. :-) Everything was fine.

NZCute little B&B, great Italian breakfast snacks and fully stocked fridge. Towels, extra blankets and pillows, air con, coffee machine, small kitchenette and full bathroom. A delight! Bus right outside goes straight into town
GBThe place was spotless, had a good and rich breakfast, excellent service. Good wi-fi, air-conditioner. The room had everything you need during your stay. There is space for the car. It is close to the bus station. The owners are lovely people, very kind.
