La déco originale, un ancien cabinet d'avocat je présume. Le silence et le calme aux alentours. Le salon est bien spacieux et agencé. L'univers à mi-chemin entre l'antique et le rustique. Une certaine hauteur de plafond. Un endroit proche de toutes les principales avenues, envies, visites, artères mais un peu excentré tout de même.

La douche est miniscule et le rideau ne fait pas très hygiénique. Il suffirait pourtant de l'agrandir, mais le bidet est peut-être sacré chez les italiens. En gros, la salle de bain. Pas de savon non plus sous forme solide ou de petits articles ! Et des TV qui ne marchaient pas.

Nothing really. Small points- not sure how old the coffee and tea were. We bought oil and salt etc for cooking - could be helpful if there’s a bit more in the kitchen.

Lovely, spacious, and clean apartment tucked away in a quiet, charming neighbourhood just beyond Bologna’s old city walls - close enough to the action, but blissfully peaceful when it’s time to unwind. (Pro tip: do not miss the heavenly Bolognese delights at Il Pellegrino. Your tastebuds will thank you.) Bianca - our host was kind, responsive, and ready to help with anything. In short: great flat, great host, great food, great sleep.

What a warm and welcoming host Bianca is. And the location couldn’t be better. The fish restaurant steps from our door was the best I’ve ever eaten. The staff is great and knew us well before we left. The apartment is very quiet with the windows closed, but we preferred to have them open in the evening with a breeze blowing through and watch the street life. Bologna is a special city and Oriani is the perfect spot to enjoy it from.

When we first arrived I was disappointed in the size of the living/kitchen area. But actually it worked very well and we stayed 3 weeks, did quite a bit of cooking and game playing in comfort.

Our host Bianca went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The apartment is lovely and clean, bed so comfortable! The location is perfect, only a 25 min walk to Piazza Maggiore and excellent restaurants close by. Thank you Bianca for making our stay perfect

Everything was perfect!

The property is very clean and in very quiet neighborhood and short walk to the City Center. There is simple and very good coffee shop on the corner for morning coffee and restaurant just down the street. Bianca was very very helpful, cab, train, etc

Probably there could be a pen a paper to write down directions.

Excellent place to stay in Bologna. Spacious, fully equipped and clean place. Great location, close to the center, but in a quiet place full of local restaurants and shops. Fantastic contact with the hosts. Helpful in every situation. I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely come back!
