Nicht sauber, schlecht ausgestattet. Badezimmer hat sehr nach Kanal gestunken.

The property was clean and tidy, everything was amazing, bed was comfortable and kitchen was prepared!

The apartament is very comfortable, small but well equipped, and most importantly - perfect location. Everything is walking distance, nice cafes and restaurants in the area, bus station is only 10-15 min walk.

Even though the apartament is not facing the street and is isolated from the outside noice, the building inside is very noisy. The apartment is on the first floor, so you can basically hear everyone going out or coming in throughout the whole night, residents are very loud, slamming the doors and the gates, talking loud, rushing up and down, one evening the children next door were going crazy, very italian experience was also a couple fighting in the middle of the night in the inner yard. Everything echoing in the hallways and in front of my door and window. Of course this is not the owners fault, so if you are a deep sleeper and not as sound sensitive as me, you wouldn't have any problems.
