"We would go back any day."

Located in the serene, enchanting hills near Santuario Madonna di San Luca, this place is a true hidden gem. While it is a little out of the city centre, we've managed completely fine without a car, through bus, taxi and by walking, which was a lovely way to experience the surroundings. Anna, our host, was beyond accommodating, communicating with us throughout before and during our stay, making dinner reservations on our behalf, etc. The wholesome breakfast is served in a lovely room in the villa part of the premise, with old maps of Bologna and beautiful mosaic floor. Our room was in a beautifully renovated old stable, with windows viewing the garden and the valley. The whole premise looks out onto a little valley full of trees and birds, and a part of Bologna, in fact. It provides such a sanctuary for anyone who wishes to enjoy a holiday within a holiday.

Situation exceptionnelle de l établissement, sur les hauteurs de Bologne tout près du sanctuaire San Luca. En pleine nature.

Propriétaires trop discrets. Pas de communication, aucun échange bien qu ils soient très réactifs si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. L isolation des logements est inexistante. On entend tout ce qui se passe chez le voisin et s il est bruyant, comme ce fut le cas 2 nuits, c est insupportable.

Bijzonder gebouw mooi gelegen in de bergen Schoon/netjes en goed onderhouden Ruime studio

De bedden waren niet goed, slaapcomfort van de slaapbank was ronduit slecht Voor een studio met keuken waren de prullenbakken te klein / er waren ook geen extra vuilniszakken

"Hoog boven bologna"

Het is een hele mooie plek: mooi uitzicht, stilte, vriendelijke mensen en mooi nieuw appartement. Wel een klimmetje met de auto om er te komen maar je bent in 10 minuten in Bologna.
