The apartment was very well located by being walking distance to the train station and central Bologna. The apartment was neat, clean and very comfortable. The apartment used a self check in procedure which was well managed and had clear instruction including a short video

Konumu, temizliği, ikramlar (yiyecek, içecek, kahve vb.), mutfak ekipmanları ve eşyalar oldukça iyiydi.

Ev sahibinin booking üstünden hiç iletişim kurmaması. Bebek karyolası talebi, checkin saati gibi taleplere cevap vermedi bu bizde tedirginlik yarattı. Sadece whatsapp üzerinden gecikmeli yanıt veriyor. Eğer sdece whatsapp kullanıyorsa bunu belirtirse boşuna yanıt beklememiş oluruz. Yatak odası, oda açıklamasında yazdığı gibi ayrı bir oda değildi. Fotoğraflar ve bilgilendirme yanıltıcı bilgi içeriyor. Mutfakla yatak arasında ince ve kısa bir duvar yapılmış, kapı yoktu. Bebeğimiz olduğu için ses açısından rahat bir deneyim olmadı. Hiçbir ısıtıcı açmamamıza rağmen ev gereğinden fazla sıcaktı. Dışarıda hava 6-7 derece iken ev 26 derece üzeriydi Arada cam açmak zorunda kaldık.

Beautiful apartment, clean and very well equipped, close to restaurants and cafes, shops, very good location, quick communication with the owner, I will definitely come back
