A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 22:30. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 22:30 to 02:30. A surcharge of EUR 60 applies for arrivals after 02:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the air conditioning is only available from the 1st of June and the heating is only available from the middle of October to the middle of April. Additional towel changes are available upon request for an additional charge. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
