Good location Nice and spacious bathroom

- Very dirty, at the night table was an old chewing gum -Black duvet for the bed was dirty had white spots -Kitchen was also dirty, partly sticky parts -Kitchen poorly equipped: no cutting board, no knife to cut (people complained about in so many reviews before, I couldn’t imagine that one hasn’t improved that, it’s not expensive to buy this equipment) - as in the other reviews also mentioned: again no bag for the trash (you don’t want to start buying whole roles if you are just there for a couple of days, it’s the bare minimum to provide a trash bag for the bin) -Mattress very cheap and very soft -TV just in Italian, didn’t even work at the beginning, when we asked for help they said no one can help because it’s Easter holidays. I work in tourism, there is no bank holidays in tourism. -We stayed there for 6 nights, couldn’t clean after ourselves, no broom for example (also not very expensive to buy).

Only the location

It’s an very old location, it smells awful, everything inside is old and dirty, there are spider webs all over, it’s a lot of noise coming from inside ( the old fridge) and outside. I have payed 1175 eur for 5 nights which is a lot for what i have received. The bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows - i haven’t seen worst. You guys, should invest in this location a lot. I can tell you that i slept one night at another hotel because i couldn’t get rest, i would stay at that hotel the whole period but because of this cosmoprof event everything was sold out, so i had to stay here. I’m very disappointed, i could tell more, but i think you get my point.

The fact that it's in a Piazza made it more central.Not far from central train station and not far from shops.I had good communication with owners.The lift to the fifth floor,where the apartment is,is efficient and quick.

I expected to find a microwave included but there wasn't one.Next door neighbours had their TV loud at night and the couple spoke loudly.Otherwise all was ok.

The location was perfect. Comfortable bed and clean home. Hot water is available.

The kitchen tools was really dirty and there was no cleaning equipment.

Great location, nice and tidy apartment, very helpful Host. Loved it.
