Bathroom door self locked and we went elsewhere to toilet ....of course the maintenence arrived in 20 mins. Third guest bed is a child bed inside the bedroom itself and difficult for a third guest to sleep.....OK for a child. Our third guest checked out on the first day but we were clearly told that we still need to pay tourist tax for the whole 4 days though our guest who left was paying it in the place where he actually stayed. I did verify from civic authorities that one pays tourist tax only if one actually stays. The owner also hurriedly prepared an invoice for the same on the second day to justify the demand. It was clearly unfair but yet I paid .

Very warm and clean appartment with cosy atmosphere and everything you need when it comes to furniture, bathroom, bedroom, balcony, and kitchen stuff. Good location both for airport (the stop for shuttle bus No 944 is on the opposite side of the street) and city center (the stop is just 1-2 minutes away by walk) transfers. There is an excellent restaurant in the building and a grocery store nearby. Very polite and helpful host who will answer all your questions and will make your stay as easy as possible. It was even a tiny Christmas tree in the kitchen. 😊

It's not a real minus because this was very nice and helpful for our group but we didn't meet the host in person, and if there is a next time, we hope to meet him. 🙂

The property was very cosy and spacious for 2 persons. It was very quiet, which is a top criteria for me :), despite being located on a boulevard, windows are very sound-proof. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is perfect for reaching the center by a short bus ride /bus stop is in front of the building/ and there is a private parking right opposite the building if you have arrived by car.

Location

Our host was very nice and the communication was great. We had an issue with the electricity and he responded immediately and came to try and fix it as soon as possible. We also needed to book a taxi super early in the morning and he was very kind to book it for us. The location was good with easy access to public transport to the city center. The apartment had all that's needed for a comfortable stay and it was also close to the airport with quick access - 10 minutes by taxi.

The mattress in the room wasn't very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a cutting board.

Clean, modern flat. 10 mins by bus to city centre, direct bus to the airport right next to the block.
