Cesare Battisti Apartment

Excellent location, in between the church of San Francesco and the main square (Piazza Maggiore): 5 minutes each way on foot, and less than 5 minutes to the local supermarket (Coop). The apartment is toward the rear of the historic building and is kept quite cool by the heavy wooden shutters and airconditioning. There is a nice inner terrace. The apartment is spacious and very well furnished. It has odd steps in various parts, but one gets used to these quickly. The kitchen is very well equipped, lacking only wooden spoons and sponges for doing the washing up. Communication with the property was seamless.

The freezer could use a defrost, and the kitchen would be a bit small for more than one person, but otherwise there's everything you might need.

The apartment is located in old historical building with perfect location very close to the centrum.

A bit expensive price for this property

Excellent location. Quiet. Large principal rooms. Outdoor space. Kitchen well-equipped. TV/streaming. Large shower. Easy check-in.

Except for the main bedroom and living/dining room, not much natural light which contributed to the apartment being cool and we were unable to adjust the heat in the apartment. Apartment would benefit from proper duvet or extra blanket(s), especially for 2nd bedroom. Family of 4 staying for 5 nights. 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. We mentioned to the apartment manager late in our stay and the response was that they provide only imnediate needs and we should therefore buy ourselves.

Perfect location in centro storico, just few steps from Piazza Maggiore. Many bars , restaurants and shops around. Supermarkets around. Walking distance to every attraction .Apartament has a little terrace, is very spacious enough for 2-3 persons, has big bathroom. Small kitchen but well equipped. Apartment is simply decorated, very ascetic only the most necessary things. 😊Helpful host thank you👌👌

We had to buy additional toilet paper and paper towels. Just one candle would be nice😁

Sehr gute Lage, aber dennoch sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Bestens ausgestattet für (in unserem Fall) 3 Personen. In 5 Minuten am Piazza Maggiore mit vielen Cafes und Lokalen. Kleine Terrasse inklusive.

Cesare Battisti Apartment a Bologna. Che dire? Parliamone ma andiamo con ordine! Esperienza di pre- e check-in. Poco dopo la prenotazione via booking.com ci vengono richiesti, dall’agenzia che gestisce l’affitto, copie dei documenti per sbrigare le normali procedure. Da riconoscere la disponibilità degli agenti, sempre pronti a dare chiarimenti e ad aiutare: per esempio, abbiamo potuto accordarci sul luogo e ora consegna delle chiavi dell’appartamento non appena arrivati a Bologna. In definitiva molto presenti, presenti al punto tale da dirci a che ora avremo dovuto andare via pochissimo tempo dopo il check-in! L’appartamento. La casa, parte di un piccolo condomino storico dove la tranquillità regna sovrana, dista circa qualche minuto da uno dei corsi principali della città, non più di 10 min a piedi dalla basilica di San Petronio e a circa 30 min dalla stazione centrale di Bologna. L’intorno della palazzina è davvero molto tranquillo. Non mancano ad un tiro di schioppo piccoli supermarket e a deliziosi ristoranti. Entrando in casa ci si ritrova nel lungo corridoio che collega il bagno e il soggiorno e dal quale si accede alle due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una dotata di due letti ad una piazza). La casa ospita comodamente quattro persone in un ambiente complessivamente accogliente e “caldo”. L’ambiente è pulito. L’appartamento è fornito di biancheria per i letti, set di asciugamani, piatti, posate, bicchieri, pentolame, tazze e tazzine.

mancavano olio, sale, e carta-igienica e saponi mani\doccia a sufficienza… peccati veniali ma che possono dare noia. Solo 2 rotoli minuscoli di carta igienica per 4 persone per 3 giorni. Mancano alcune suppellettili per la cucina: c'è solo una ciotola per lo yogurt, non c'è un'insalatiera... Mancano anche degli appendiabiti per le giacche
