Апартаменты старые.Мебель на кухне,шкафчики разломаны.Пасуда для приготовления пищи в ужасном состоянии.Душ не герметичен,вся вода выливается наружу.Будьте осторожны с заказом этих аппартаментов,картинки не соответствуют действительности.

Mieszkanie bardzo duże, czyste, oprócz - czytaj niżej. Pościele czyste. Lokalizacja ok. Personel w porządku, bardo z nami współpracował. Nowa, świetnie dzislajaca klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Meble nowe, czyste. Muszle i umywalki czyste. Sprzęt dostępny. Mieszkanie wyglądało na odnowione, odmalowane itd.

Kabina prysznicowa: bardzo brudna, w ogóle nie umyta, stara, zardzewiała (właściwie do wymiany) Było to o tyle dziwne, że sedesy i umywalki były czyste, umyte. Jednak personel stanął na wysokości zadania i przysłał kogoś, kto umył prysznic. Garnki i patelnie kiepskie, do wyrzucenia, poprzypalane i porysowane. Miejsce parkingowe pod domem platne: od 9:00 do 18:00 (chyba 2,20 euro za godzinę, wiec niedużo, bo w Bolonii wszędzie za parking się płaci, wiec nie był to problem - warto mieć monety to tych parkomatów pod domem, bo są stare).

Apartment was good in size, clean and warm. Self checking was great option for us and the location was a bit away from center but we were aware and okay with that before booking.

There is always one more additional tax, within the booking we payed 40eur for taxes and after that in the private chat the host informed us that we have to pay additional around 50eur city tax on a separate payment site... which in total raised the booking price for our stay by around 30% from what it was advertised... Also the kitchen utensils were a bit aged out :)

Location

A very old apartment ,everything is improvised , the things inside were dirty beginning with the bathroom ,the shower doors were rusty and moldy ,the kitchen itself was so dirty ,you could not use the microwave as it was full of dirt and mold ,the owner should get rid of it !!!!very old windows ,you could hear the noise outside and it was almost impossible to open them, the living room does not exist .,If you are a person with allergies ,you can not sleep there AS ,A BAD PERSISTENT SMELL WAS INSIDE THE WHOLE APARTMENT DURING OUR STAY !!!!!! And one day before our arrival we were asked a city tax of 68 euros ,they just sent me a link to pay the money . I would not definitely come back here and i would not recommend it to any of my friends !!! I AM SURE THE OWENER OF THE APARTMENT WOULD NOT LIVE THERE .
