CityChalet family Bozen

Barbara and Andreas sent through very detailed instructions with pictures when we booked the accommodation so this made finding the property very straightforward. The property was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

The property is at basement level and there is a continuous low level humming sound that I think may come from the ventilation system.

Very spacious apartment, about 15 minutes walk to the town. It has all the facilities to accommodate self catering. The kids room was nice as it had a play kitchen which my little girl loved! Nice big TV in the lounge area with Netflix which was a bonus. The apartment was also only a few mins from a beautiful park. Perfect stay for our family to explore Bolzano.

This was apartment was quiet and spotless with everything provided that a holiday maker would want when they first arrive into a new town. An excellent coffee machine milk condiments etc. First class.

Unfortunately there is no lounge room as such! I think if you are young you would find it quite funky but as an older person it is extremely uncomfortable.

Loved the apartment - great location with stunning views surrounding the property. Warm, great coffee machine, appliances like washing machine - everything very easy to use. Great to have Netflix set up too… highly recommend 👌😊

Wouldn’t change anything

We loved everything about this chalet. It was perfect for our family of four. My kids loved seeing the kids room with the toys and books but loved sleeping in the livingroom area. We loved the cosy and roomy setup. There was lots of space for my morning routine and loved that there was a washer in the bathroom. The chalet literally thought of everything that would make it comfortable and we never ran out of anything. We loved it so much we actually would come back to relax before heading out again. Thank you so much.

Comfortable experience with all the amenities needed. Host was helpful with our queries and check in procedure was smooth.
