Strategic and good neighbourhood close to the center. Kind and responsive host.

Firstly I would like to point out the soundproofing issue. We could clearly hear the people from the apartment next to ours and noises coming from the street. The biggest issue was the mattresses, especially the sofa-bed. It's terribly uncomfortable and needs immediate replacement. The center of the mattress was sallow and almost cut in half. Not that much value for money. Reminder that the apartment is at the second floor with no elevator.

It was very close to city center. Only 10 min away and the apartment was spacious for 2 people. We just loved it.

Posizione eccellente, appartamento pulito confortevole e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, da consigliare assolutamente se si intende soggiornare a Bolzano per brevi periodi. 10 e lode per la disponibilità e la cortesia
