Appartamento Bolzano Centro Talvera

The location is very good...adjacent to the city river park and at the edge of the old city center.

The apartment is not a good choice for seniors..since you have to cary your suite cases up two flights of stairs....and access every day of your stay.....no elevator. The apartment does not have air conditioning....facing the westerly sun in the afternoon...the apartment becomes very hot. The apartment kitchen is not adequate to cook your meals in...it's very small.... the utinsels furnished are at very minimum. The apartment living/dining area is very small and is not furnished with a couch nor chairs.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz nah am Zentrum der Stadt. Die Frau, die uns empfangen hat, war gastfreundlich und besonders durch das Empfehlen einiger Sehenswürdigkeiten äußerst hilfsbereit. Schließlich ist der Preis im Vergleich zu den Alternativen relativ niedrig, wenn auch nicht ganz billig an sich.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, die Fenstern im Wohnzimmer sind leicht beschädigt, und der Herd ist etwas langsam beim Aufwärmen. Außerdem wäre der Kauf neuer Pfannen nicht ganz sinnlos.

Olga was a fantastic host, very friendly. We loved the central location and easy and safe parking for our car in a nearby underground garage. For visiting Bolzano and the Dolomites, the best!

Large apartment with a nice view, very close to the river, which you can hear nicely and soothes you to sleep. Has a full kitchenette and washing machine as well as a nice little porch. The host is very responsive, flexible, and kind.

It seems to be just a few apartments that are rented out within a larger apartment building, so there’s no reception like a normal hotel. The host has to meet you in front of the property to let you in as there is no key box. This setup may seem a bit odd to Americans.

I stayed here with my friends for 3 nights. The owner was so kind to send us recommendations as well as guest transportation cards. The location is convenient and is walking distance to the Bolzan train and bus stations with many attractions around as well. Highly recommend this place.

Very secure and safe. Nice to have a second bedroom and a balcony.

There was no AC, as expected. It was extremely hot. The fan was helpful. A second fan would be useful if Using both bedrooms.
