The owner was really friendly and funny. The property was comfortable, well-decorated, and had everything you might need for your stay. It was close to a tram station, so you are well connected to the center (and you can also get there on foot). We didn't have any problems with noise from the street. Good bang for your buck.

We had to wait more than an hour to get the keys. I understand that unexpected things can happen and was okay waiting initialy, but more than an hour, especially for a tourist after a flight, is quite uncomfortable.

You cannot really have a good night rest if you sleep on a sofa in Living room, because Living room faces on a very busy street.

The location is literally 7 mins walk from the main bus station, The staff were extremely nice and helpful

The bed was broken and the room smelled like cigarettes

Great location, super spacious and well equipped, very clean, well priced and the staff who help you check in are extremely friendly and helpful. Ground floor too, so no having to walk up flights of stairs with heavy bags.

Everything was actually perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.
