Room was exactly the same as the one in the picture. It was nice, spacious and clean with everything needed. The owner is very kind and helpful. Overall a good experience and I would come back for a short stay.

It's on the 1st floor very close to the tram station and it's loud even during the night - the public transport works 24/7. This is not an actual apartment but a room and the walls are thin.

The apartment is a split apartment, not a real individual apartment where you can hear the ppl in the other half next door. The living room is spacious, however the bedroom was tiny. The bed takes up 99% of the room. The crib we asked for was not available in the end despite a specific request. The kitchen was dirty. The parking lot in the rear is usually full and even has cars double parked requiring calling the blocking car owner to move their car.

Prompt responses to text messages from owner pre arrival & telephone communication very helpful throughout. Free car parking space at rear of property but this could not be reserved & is more pot luck on arrival. Modern, clean apartment with all you need plus a decent sized & powerful shower! Left a phone in apartment by mistake on departure & the owner quickly informed me by text and I was able to arrange a time to collect it.

Street noise from traffic / tram directly outside apartment but torable if only staying a couple of nights.. Owner had a completely non English speaking friend meet & greet us however they were still as helpful as they could be. No coffee / tea supplies made available for the weary traveller. The bedroom in apartment 2 is a bit cramp & has only a queen size in it but the sofas in living room can be pulled out into a bed sofa for extra space.
