המיקום מעולה צמוד לשווקי הכריסמס לדירה יש חנייה צמודה יתרון עצום למי שמגיע עם רכב לדירה המארחת הייתה זמינה לנו גם בשעות מאוד מאוחרות החדר מאובזר בציוד ךהכנת ארוחות קלילות (לא השתמשנו אך יש). קיימת אסלה קטנה קצת מקשה על הביצוע אבל סך הכל תמורה מדהימה לאגרה.

האסלה הייתה קצת קטנה מדי והיה קצת צפוף.
