We stayed here for 9 nights in October and there's proper heating for cold nights. Very clean and had everything we need for the duration of our stay. Room was spacious. Kitchen is good for simple cooking because we eat out anyway, it's really close to the good restaurants of Brasov. So many good coffee shops nearby.

Not the owner's fault but there are people from nearby bar that would sometimes hang out in front of the apartment and would sit and drink at the chair and table outside which felt awkward. We always had to make sure our curtains are fully closed because it's just in front of the bedroom window. They didn't do any trouble but that felt weird because it was supposed to be a private space where we could sit.

Good position for visiting the city. The place seemed clean. A lot of restaurants within 100m. The place gets warm quickly. Suitable for a family with 2 kids.

Why you don't get the best rating from me is because some things did not leave the best impression: 1. The reservation was made for 4 people. The apartment was not fully prepared for the reception of 4 people. Another guest had the same complaint earier this month - you might want to look into this. 2. No internet and weak cell coverage - the internet was probably a temporary problem but the lack of reaction was a minus 3. Coffee ... really in 2023? Is the coffee machine there for the picture? I believe that if you improve on the above it's could be an excellent rating - in my way of appreciating accomodation

Good location, few minutes away from the centre. Comfy beds.

The location is great, backyard is not maintained though and right next door there's a karaoke pub which can get loud at night. The room was not clean (hairs, chips, seeds on the floor), there were cleaning products dumped behind a curtain in the hall, shower gel in the bathroom seemed left over from the previous guests. In the kitchen there was a coffee machine but no pods, there was no kitchen towel, the chairs were dirty and the fridge was not plugged. Even though we booked for 4 people, there were only 3 big cups and 3 small cups available (for tea/coffee) and the sofa bed was not made. It is the first time I book through booking and I am asked by the host to provide an ID to be given access to the location. After the first night, I was reminded through an sms to make sure I do the dishes and put the garbage in the garbage can before leaving the next day. I've been few times in Brașov and this was the first time I didn't feel welcome.

The studio was very well designed. The colours are perfect. The added art pieces are superb. .
