Everything was great! Apartment is close to the centre, very clean and very well equipped. Food items were given to us for breakfast which was really good. The hosts were lovely, when collecting the key Tibor gave us some food recommendations which were great 😊 Communication for checking in/out was very easy

Everything was perfect. Our host was 5 stars. He waited for us in front of the apartment and gave us a lot of tips for eating out and supermarket locations. He was always contactable.

This was one of my best experiences with apartments rented via Booking.com! The flat was quite airy, bright, and neat. We liked its design with a lot of 'Easter eggs' for those who value details in decoration ;) Although the kitchen zone was tiny, there was everything we could need (except a microwave, but that wasn't a problem at all). I also really appreciated that we had a dehumidifier in the apartment, as it made the air fresh and nice to breathe. The washing machine was broken, but Tibor (the host) said we could contact him in case we would need to do laundry (we didn't, but it was cool to have this option). The definite plus is that the house is super close to the old town, as well as the central railway station and bus station. There are also a lot of cafés, bars, and shops nearby, which was more than convenient as we would buy groceries or takeaway food all the time. Tibor is an amiable guy who was constantly in touch with us, so we didn't have problems with taking keys from him or arranging our checkout. We didn't have Internet when we arrived in Zagreb and were afraid that we could have problems finding the place, but Tibor waited for us in the street in the evening, which was nice of him. He also gave us some advice on what to see in the city, which was helpful!

We couldn't regulate the temperature in the room ourselves because there was no remote controller (if we wanted to change anything, we would need to text the host as he controls the radiator from his phone), which was fine for us but might be disturbing for someone. Although we enjoyed the products Tibor bought us for breakfast, and it was enough for two people to eat in the morning, two of the yoghurts from the fridge were past the expiration dates, unfortunately (I learnt it only after eating one but had no problems). However, I think that these minuses are really minute to our overall good experience :)

Everything was excellent, the host is very friendly, the apartment is very comfortable, warm for the season, enough for a couple, everything very clean.

Just a small recommendation, for me, the pillows are too soft🙈

Hosts were very good. Excellent communication with them, it was very easy to book and they passed lots of precious information about places to eat, to visit, etc. Location is good, just 10 minutes away from the main square.

Breakfast - It can be improved. There should be individual coffee sachets, sugar, butter(non existent) and cereals and not flasks full of cereals ( as a customer I don't know how long they are there for, it should be individual cereal boxes). There was bread but no butter (should have small individual butter sachets). Juice (there was juice but in an open bottle (it shouldn't happen, and it wasn't nice at all). Bed was ok but pillows weren't. Bath is very small and shower head holder is broke. On a positive side, the shower is very hot and lots of pressure on it.
