Self-check in which was quite convenient. Close proximity to public transportation (8mins walk).

The facilities are not accurately described which was so disappointing. They have ticked a lot of things available, yet they aren’t. 1. An iron, so basic thing was not provided. Messaged that I had a tour at 6am and they said they couldn’t bring it. I ended up going with wrinkled cloths to Plitvice Lakes which was quite embarrassing. The iron was delivered so late the second day, around 9pm. So basically, I only used it on my 3rd and final day, and I had to get up very early at 5:00am just to iron as I had another tour at 6am. Super inconvenient. No ironing board either. 2. The bathroom & toilet is not inside the apartment. Its outside. 3. There is no private entrance. I was coming out of the bathroom with a towel and was shocked to hear my main door opening. I had to run back in as a man just opened the door to enter his apartment. Basically, you’re sharing an entrance with another apartment so as a lady, you need to be very careful when getting out of the shower. Also, someone kept leaving the door open which didn't feel safe 4. ⁠There are no toiletries. Just tissue paper 5. ⁠The air-condition was had very loud noisy popping sounds randomly. 6. ⁠There’s no dressing room as stated. 7. TV cable with 1 English Channel. 8. No proper linen. Just a duvet sheet to cover yourself (with no duvet). 9. There is no floor rug in the shower. Very easy for you to slip and fall after a shower 10. Communication was inconsistent. Asked questions about the apartment and the response was “I’m sleeping, I’ll respond later”. It was 9am (morning) btw! Later in the day, some of my questions went unanswered. Very simple questions like if the buses take credit card or cash was ignored. I stopped writing to that WhatsApp number and switched to the second one provided. 11. It's not soundproof. I could hear noise, especially the people opening my main door. 12. It's not carpeted as claimed. It’s wooden flooring with a small rug under one table. 13. No patio/cloths rack

The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities needed and the rooms were spacious. The bed is very comfortable! It is located in a quiet neighborhood but with great connection with all parts of the city, and close to Faculty of Humanities where I went!

It is an older (but lovely) house so I could hear the person from the other apartment - or maybe the person was just very loud
