The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They llowed us earlycheck-in. The hotel location is great near Tram Station 9, 12, and where it goes to direct to the city center (10min). On foot 30 min. The groceries are near to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

The toilet was small and tight. Is not suitable for disability person. They put only 2 toilet paper.
