Quiet place, free parking, very clean, the host is very nice.

Good communication with host, good location, Netflix an added bonus

Fridge in bedroom could be noisy at night, lots of light coming in through front door in the morning, very noisy neighbours, could hear people coughing, taps running etc as walls really thin, also people walking up and down stairs at different hours, kettle broken at lid though still working, hairdryer not working properly, bathroom between bedroom and kitchen poorly situated, car parking space around 2 to 3 minute walk from property, door in bedroom area connects to other property next door, a bit disconcerting, the key in the kitchen door also locks this door so we used that whilst staying, be careful with the kitchen steps as you can easily step back and loose your balance. Was good having netflix when wanting to chill out, bed reasonably comfortable.

Nice host, clean and renovated small rooms, chocolates and water at arrival, well equipped. Host communicates very well and does his best. Good location.

A couple of things didn't work ( but the host knows now about it), toilet within a meter of pillow, kitchen staircase is very dangerous: never take a step backwards when operating in kitchen without looking

Private, quiet, everything available in the flat you could want, comfortable beds and pillows. Close to a shop that's open late, free parking very close, pizzeria and Chinese restaurant also very close, a short walk into town. Perfect.

Definitely choose this accommodation if you want an apartment with a good price/quality ratio, you want to cook something or do laundry during your stay. During the whole stay, you have a parking slot available for yourself (just a 2-3min walk from the apartment) and the city center is at a walkable distance. The owner provided us with clear instructions before arrival and responded fast to our messages; we even received some chocolate bars on arrival. It is true that there's a second appartment right next to this one but there were two doors and we did not even notice whether there were some other guests.

I suggest you do not choose this accommodation if you're a neat freak. Of course majority of things were perfectly clean but some surfaces and things (such as the top of the fridge, insides of the kitchen drawers, coffee machine filter, a stove pot, window sills) could have used some more cleaning. In addition, looking for ways how to remove the black stains/mold in the shower would definitely improve the experience.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and also with private parking which is rare in Brasov. Easy access to everything you want. The kitchen was very well equipped with absolutely all you wish. The large bedroom with TV SMART, loved the fact that the ceilings are so high. The host was very helpful and the check-in method was quite user friendly, fully automated. Definitely will come back here next time in Brasov.

Amazing location near City Center with private parking which is very important.. The apartment was very clean, everything seemed rather new and fresh. We liked the design and space it offered us. We travelled as a couple but I think it would be great for a family or two couples as well (as it offers one bed and one large sofa). Access instructions were clear. Thank you for this experience and looking forward to come back soon!
