Good and efficient communication with the host. Location close to the old city area and tourist attractions. Parking was available on the street for 3 euros for 24 hours. Plenty of restaurants/ cafes in the vicinity.

The apartment is very close to the centre of Brasov and it was clean. There is parking in front of it for free, but also public parking spaces that cost about 6 euro per day.

Очень хорошее расположение, пару минут до старого города. Чисто. Есть кухня, удобно если хотите готовить сами.

Из точек роста для владельца: - платное кофе за такую цену проживания это не очень дружелюбно. - хоть несколько пакетиков чая думаю можно оставить в номере. Где заселялись ранее это было по умолчанию везде. - кнопка слива воды в туалете работает через раз. Не критично, но доставляет неудобств.

Everything was great. The hosts were very kind and accommodated all of our needs, the place was clean, decorations were really nice, the room had everything one might need (washing machine, fridge, microwave, huge bathtub! etc.). The place is pretty close to the city centre, and it has parking spots right near the building, which is a huge advantage.
