La Suite attico metro' Volta

Host super accogliente, struttura super confortevole e accogliente. Arredamento moderno, letto comodo, cucina recente. La casa al suo interno disponeva di molte cose anche quelle per le emergenze. Il pezzo migliore è stata senza dubbio la terrazza che forniva una vista a 180° sulla città. Di notte era ancora più pazzesca. Per di più l'estrema vicinanza alla fermata della metro lo rendo un posto che dà accesso praticamente a tutto. Sicuramente consigliato!!! Grazie mille per la cordialità e la gentilezza. Sicuramente una struttura di riferimento per futuri viaggi in zona!!!

We were originally due to check in at 14:00 so contacted the host about an early check in. Originally he said it wasn’t possible as he had guests the night before. But then on the day he message us at 12:00 to say it was ready. As we were in the area we went straight around. That was much appreciated. Within 5 mins of Volta metro station. 10 mins of large supermarket. Huge huge balcony.

The apartment was spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The spacious terrace offered beautiful views, perfect for my morning yoga sessions and relaxing in the evenings. The location is perfect, just steps from the Volta metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Giuliano, the host, was extremely accommodating, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything about the apartment, which made me feel right at home. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brescia!

Rather old equipment like bed, bathroom, furniture

The apartment is really good and with a great location, right next to a subway station that makes getting around super easy and fast. Also a lot of great eating options nearby and a big supermarket just a short walk away. Really comfortable bed, and the big balcony is incredible with a awesome view!

Everything was great!

The property was well furnished with coffee pods and kitchen utensils. Loved that it had a washer and you could hang your clothes to dry on the huge patio on the top floor. The room is like a studio apartment in the USA Giuliano was waiting for us with keys and a good explanation of the area. Nice building with a parking space and grocery store about 1/2 mile down the road.

Giuliano please put up window shades that cover the patio area completely. Before 7am that sun is coming through and waking you up!

Comfortable, clean, well planned apartment with warm welcome from host. Amazing rooftop patio with panoramic views. Metro station to get you into the centre is just outside the apartment block. Good cafes for breakfast just outside too. Good washing machine and easy parking.

The one drawback is, as mentioned in another review, that there is occasionally a bad smell of drains in the bathroom.

Nice flat with a huge (!!) terrace with an outdoor shower and comfy beach chairs. Very nice host who does not speak English but he makes himself understood with entertaining body language. Well equipped kitchen, very clean. Great AC. Elevator to the 9th floor. Very comfy bed. The flat is situated in the suburb, hence the very cheap rent, but only 3 minutes walk to the very modern subway with only a few minutes to the city.

Very modern induction stove which was tricky to get to work. Some smell of sewer in the bathroom, not sure were it came from. Noisy water heater in the bathroom.

Rental apartment located on the top floor and have enormous private roof - balcony with good view on the part of old city. Host is very nice and friendly. Apartment, may be feel small, for somebody, but we liked. It's have everything you need. Lovely decorated. Balcony have loungers for sun tanning and shady place to seat back and relax. We had feel like home. Small grocery store 5 min walk. Big grocery store 15 min walk.
