L'Altana City House

Very much in the center of the city, within walking distance to most sights and many restaurants. Very comfortable bed and beautiful apartment. Had everything we needed and owners left us some nice snacks and water. Alessio and Erica are fantastic hosts! The view from the top floor living room/kitchen is tremendous.

Nothing really but one very minor issue was the water from the tap was very white, I guess full of calcium. Nothing the owners can do about the water supplied by the city.

Super clean and central. Staff really polite and helpful.

There was not cot for our son.

The owner was incredibly helpful, warm and attentive. He walked us through the apartment and explained everything clearly.

The fan in the washroom was incredibly loud and a bit annoying.

Erika and her brother made it a very pleasant stay in Brescia. Recommended restaurants, scheduled taxi, and provided useful information. Outside deck great for a glass of wine before dinner.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Only 3 mins walk to city centre.

Parking not always available, book in advance But you can park not far away in a public car park or 15 mins walk away for 5€ a day ( or free if you can get a spot but those were all full). Use the Easypark app if so , works for non Italian credit cards

Location was perfect. A 15 minute walk from the station, in the heart of the city, quiet for sleeping, cafes,bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Hostess (Erika, I think) was so helpful with recommendations for dining etc..Brescia is a beautiful city but not tourist infested as so many are.

Not much to dislike. Kitchenette is just as described. Perfect to warm a pizza, make tea or coffee but not really set up to cook a full dinner. We weren’t bothered by that as the nearby restaurants are all very competitively priced compared to other places we visited.

Location is excellent. Everything is within easy walking distance: the Castle, sites along the UNESCO trail, museums and galleries, piazzas, bars and restaurants. The view from the lounge/kitchen is amazing if you book the top room, more expensive of course but worth it because even when relaxing inside you are still enjoying the beautiful sights of Brescia. Comfy bed, good wifi and thoughtful kitchen facilities.

We loved everything

The family that rents the apartment could not be more helpful with any concerns.They were going to call a cab for us @6:40 in the am to get us to the train station but we decided to walk instead. All in all a pleasurable stay in a fantastic location.

The only suggestion I would recommend is several folding luggage holders
