The property had everything to make our stay comfortable. Toiletries, dish washer tablets, washing machine liquid, numerous toilet rolls and lots of still and sparkling water in the fridge. Davide, the host, greeted us personally and allowed us to check in early and leave later to fit around our train times to and from Brescia which was really helpful. The apartment has a remarkable fresco ceiling in the lounge and a balcony so you can people watch or read a book. There was an excellent selection of glasses, crockery and cooking equipment. The bedroom was equipped with lots of storage for clothes and the bathroom had a large cabinet for toiletries.

The apartment is nice, but the host, Davide, truly enhances the experience. He provided many local tips, and the apartment is stocked with travel maps and guidebooks for Brescia in English, Italian, and German. The apartment is renovated but still keeps the historical fresco.

While the street is quite busy with both tourists and locals, the living room can be noisy. However, the bedroom area is situated away from the street and remains quiet.

Ottima posizione. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Nell'appartamento (tra l'altro ristrutturato di recente e con tutto nuovo) abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Dal sapone per i piatti e per la lavastoviglie, caffè. rotolo di alluminio, sale/pepe, insomma non abbiamo avuto bisogna di comprare niente. E questo è un servizio non da poco. Grazie di nuovo! Per il resto appartamento davvero comodo, caldo nonostante il freddo fuori, silenzioso

Nel soggiorno c'è un divano-letto, non proprio comodissimo per stare a guardare la TV o rilassarsi. Avrei preferito un classico divano (essendo una coppia), ma capisco che in caso di più persone sia più utile l'opzione divano letto.

We loved the location of the property with its lovely little balcony looking onto pedestrianised street equipped with table, chairs and even blankets for chilly evenings. Davide was an excellent host , met us at apartment and gave us lots of information. He had provided everything you could need and was extremely flexible with check-in and out times. Loved the homely feel of the apartment and being in a historical building. Would happily return to Casa Roveglia.

Soggiorno fantastico presso Casa Roveglia! Fin dal primo momento, il proprietario Davide si è dimostrato accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, dotata di ogni comfort e perfettamente organizzata per garantire un'esperienza rilassante e senza pensieri. La posizione è ottima, immersa nella tranquillità ma vicina ai principali punti d’interesse della zona. Un luogo ideale sia per una vacanza di relax che per esplorare il territorio circostante. Assolutamente consigliato, non vedo l’ora di tornare!

The apartment was in a great location right in the centre of town. It was on a quiet side street within a few minutes walk of the metro and main piazza. The original frescoed ceiling was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent. The large drying rack and washing machine were great. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. Our host Davide met us and explained everything we needed to know. He also provided a starter pack of juice, milk, bread sticks, coffee and tea, which meant we didn't have to shop straight away. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Casa Roveglia.

The only minor negative was the steep stairs but as it was only one flight and there was a handrail this was only difficult on the day we had luggage to carry up and down. For such an historic building the stairs were to be expected. Davide helped with our luggage - which was unexpected but highly appreciated.
