Wir haben die Wohnung zum 3. Mal über Booking.com gebucht weil uns die die zentrale Lage in der Stadt und die Nähe zum Strand mit PKW Parkplatz und Fahrrad Unterstellmöglichkeit gut gefallen hat.

Es ist kein Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr ! Im Vergleich zum Mietpreis vor 2 Jahren haben wir dieses Jahr 50 Euro pro Nacht für diese Fewo mehr gezahlt! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat sich in den letzten Jahren nur verschlechtert: - ist abgewohntund ausser dem BratpfannenSet nichts erneuert worden. - hat zwar wie beschrieben einen "Farb TV" empfängt aber nur den ÖRT (ARD und ZDF Programme) ! - kein WLAN - die Matratzen sind durchgelesen- Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert - Licht im WohnungsFlur funktionierte nicht - keine Verlängerungsschnur zum Anschluss der vorhandenen Lampen im Wozi - nur eine alte Kehrschaufel ohne kleinen Besen (beim Ostsee Sand ein Muss !) - Der Esstisch im Wozi wackelt seit Jahren- so das wir jedes Mal ein Stück Pappe unterschieben SCHADE - da es eine sehr gut gelegene nette Wohnung ist - aber zu dem Preis bekommt man rund herum weitaus bessere Fewo !
