Harbour View Ground Floor Flat with Private Parking, only 5 Mins walk to harbour

Lovely well equipped cottage in nice location

Very welcoming , lights on and a bottle of prosecco and a bag of crisps on arrival , a very nice touch. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated with nautical themes. Great to have its own car park space.

5 minute walk to harbour involved many steps, may be a problem to some

The flat is located close to the harbor and the view out of the window is beautiful everything you need has been supplied by the owner the added parking spot is a bonus

Close to amenities. Accommodation was exceptionally clean and a mixture of contemporary and traditional. Comfortable bed. A home from home , everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Private parking

It's not a dislike, but the 3 routes of steps/path to the main street are negotiable down, but age and fitness might say an easier route is advised up!

Fantastic location. Great to have offstreet parking. Nice view of the harbour from the living room. Very tidy flat. Although we didn’t meet the hostess, we had very nice interactions with her.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Bed mattress and pillows could do with a refresh.

The flat was comfortable and homely. Perfect for a couple to get away. The parking was a great bonus. The pictures dont do it justice (I thought it looked dated in the photos but when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised)

Short walk to the harbour. The steps down are steep but manageable

Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable. Great location, lovely view from the lounge window and having our own parking space was a bonus.

There is nothing to dislike with Brixham or the accommodation.
