Fab location to stay for early Bristol flight. Everything ready for us and plus lovely breakfast selection provided. Milk in the fridge and extras. Extremely clean.

All went well.

Reception could have been warmer. Whoever is behind the desk must remember that guests have usually travelled far and may be tired. A welcoming smile goes a long way. Parking by the lodges can be an issue as people can block you

"Brilliant stay, perfect overnight for the airport"

Really well thought out property’s. Very unique and lovely space out front. Everything we needed, couldn’t ask for more. The receptionist at Oakwood was really helpful and the cleaners really friendly in the morning.

"Brilliant location, clean, 24/7 shuttle, comfortable"

Convince to airport and shuttle 24/7 making it very easy

Heating wasn't working but staff tried to fix it , in end didn't want to wait and just went sleep as was leaving at 4am anyway.
