Es muy lindo en relacion a precio calidad. Excelente ubicacion. Comodo. Tiene todo lo que necesitas.

La cama. Fuimos 6 dias y la verdad que estaria genial que la cama sea mas el mejor lugar para descansar. Tampoco era un desastre. Pero si arreglan eso seria glorioso.

The room had urine smell, and there was a peed mattress. There are white stains on the couch. There is no 24h security as the listing said. It is not 500m from rua das pedras as the listing said, rather 1.1km. We contacted the host upon arival stating that the room was dirty, and asked for another room. He refused to do this his solution was to stay 2 more nights at that same room. When we contacted booking they had to verify this he took as long as possible to reply to calls and emails from booking who constantly asked us to reach him and reply to their requests. He challenged all of our statements, luckily we took pictures of the irregularities and the conversations (if you will stay here do so as well). What drove me to stay here were the 10 star reviews. This made sense to me when the employees begged not to write a bad review while refusing to do a refund. I hope they can correct these things soon.

Very clean and well maintained space, the host is super responsive

Beds were a bit too hard, but we all slept fine
