The room is clean and the view is great.

The staff were nice. However the owner is not. From three days out. I was bombarded with emails from the owner with all the rules, what extras we have to pay for and what they dont do. The owner only wants your money and provide zero in return. We have a small child, extra charge. if people visit for a few hours in the afternoon, extra charge, if we need a towel, extra charge... There is 4 pages of rules of what they dont provide and what you need to pay extra for. Letting me know they only provide two rolls of toilet paper, that was weird. Then I received 3 more messages with more rules and to remind me that they charge for extra line, towels and what temperature to use the air conditioning. It really damped our excitement of the visit. There isnt even some tea or coffee or some shampoo. When we arrived we were told the pool was out of service for a day. I wish I paid a little more and stayed at the resort down the road.
