Nice location - calm, close to center Garage

Agency who rent the appartment and their service is the worst - they charge you for linen, sheeting, towels 25 EUR extra per person. Extra charge for cleaning 30 EUR per person (even for newborn baby and one years old kids). You must pay extra for checkout cleaning but you must clean the appartment before you leave, otherwise there are another extra penalty 50 EUR for dirty dishes, 50 EUR for leaving garbage. Bathroom has mold in and around the shower corner, bed makes terrible noise when you move. Another chapter is heating which is preset and you can't change the temperature. Heating works in cycles, which means sometimes is hot and during the night is cold because is switched off. Sauna in the appartment is only for visual design - not working.

Very well equipped flat, comfortable living room area and beds

Sauna wasn’t really functional, admin panel responded really slowly, apart from that everything was great.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero comoda per visitare Canazei e dintorni: centrale, ma tranquilla, con facilità di accesso a servizi e impianti. Internamente è moderno, curato e ben fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

È situato al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi poco adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli (come la nostra) o a chi ha difficoltà con le scale. Durante il nostro soggiorno (luglio 2025), l'appartamento al piano inferiore era in piena ristrutturazione: martelli, trapani e rumori costanti dalle 8:30 del mattino in poi, rendendo impossibile il riposo o lo smart working. Un vero peccato, perché sembrava di essere in un cantiere. 👉 Consiglio: verificate prima se i lavori sono terminati. In caso contrario, purtroppo, è un’esperienza da evitare fino a fine cantiere.lection point have little space for parking
